This house is located at the Escapes at Entrada, which has established itself as one of the more exclusive neighborhoods in the St. George area. All of the homes in this subdivision are flat adobe-style homes, which I find a little style-cramping, but each house I've visited here in past Parades have never failed to deliver superior attention to interior detail. In addition to getting a great house in the Red Mountain area of town, you get access to a spa and fitness center, tennis, swimming, yoga...you name it. If they just added a grocery store and maybe an art gallery, I would never have a reason to leave my neighborhood if I lived here!

| I like the end table lamps and the bold, preppy bedding in the guest bedroom. |
| Great industrial & modern fixtures throughout, like this super angular door knob. |
| White kitchens are so in right now, aren't they? You can see why with this whitewashed cabinet ensemble and white subway tile backsplash; it all looks so fresh and clean. |
| Lots of natural light comes in through the windows that have automated roman shades for privacy. Nice fireplace and TV in the corner. What do you think of the funky green bedposts? Personally, I find them divine. |
| Here is where textures and colors got a little crazy. The master bathroom featured yellow painted wallpaper juxtaposed with Berber on the walls! If this is an up-and-coming trend, count me out! |
| Some more of that yellow wallpaper and copper-esque tiles in the master bath. |
| Sleek and modern above-the-counter sinks in the master bath. |
| Under cabinet lighting in the master bath is always a nice extra feature. |
| I might clean more if I had this feature in my home - central vacuum unit. The hose can be stretched to vacuum any spot in the entire house! |
| Lovely architectural interest on the ceilings. |
| Each room had a different flooring type...here's an example of a multi-color Berber coming up against the hallway's hardwood floor. |
| I bet you'll either love this or hate it...a mustard yellow dyed concrete counter top for the guest bathroom. I LOVE it! |
