Home #4 - Jewel in the Woods

452 North Pinion Hills Drive, Dammeron Valley, UT
Happy President's Day, everyone!  Hope you've enjoyed your weekend and have been able to get out and see some houses!  Today we're talking about the fourth house on the tour out in Dammeron Valley.  This house is 10 miles past Home #3 so it's way the heck out in the middle of no where.  But Dammeron Valley has its own sort of appeal that feels like a true escape from the St. George grind.  The landscape turns from red rocks to white volcanic formations and stubby evergreen trees dot the land.  Home #4 is surrounded by more than an acre of tree-filled land and can often enjoy a winter snowfall (as evidenced by the patches of snow still on the ground from our winter storm a few days back).  The floor plan made 1,870 square feet feel positively HUGE.  The master bedroom is connected to the rest of the house only by a window-filled hallway, which makes for a getaway feeling in your own home!

Beautiful stone pathway from the driveway to the house.

White walls are accented with punches of vibrant color and rustic accessories.  BEAUTIFUL DESIGN!
Here's another look at the beautiful rustic, solid wood sofa table.

Unbelievable view from the living room out to the patio that features trees upon trees extending off towards the snow capped mountains.

Beautiful corner tub with lots of natural light.  Good thing you have an acre of your own land out here so your neighbors can't peep in on your business!

I can't get enough of these jewel tones.  The designer was right on with this year's up and coming trend of fuchsia and teal against stark white walls.

The Verdict:
